MARKABLES was referenced in a presentation held by Richard West, Esq., and Adam Magill, MBA, CBA, CVA, MAFF, at the 40st annual meeting of the Florida chapter of the American Acadamy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML). The presentation was titled “The Business Must Have A Value” and covered the potential value of intangible assets, other than goodwill, which may increase the marital value of a business subject to equitable distribution after a divorce.
